The Firm's principal, Daniel Krishel, has been a California attorney since 1990 and is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.  

As chief litigation counsel, the Firm has litigated a variety of judge and jury trials and has obtained multi-million dollar judgments for its clients.  The Firm handles cases in California State and Federal courts. 

The Firm’s area of practice includes Contract Preparation and Negotiation; Business Law and Litigation, Real Estate Law and Litigation, Commercial Law and Litigation, Employment Law and Litigation, and Civil Appeals.  The Firm has represented publicly traded companies, privately owned businesses and has successfully defended and prosecuted cases against some of the largest corporations and municipalities in the world.

As outside General Counsel for numerous businesses, the Firm oversees all contract preparation and negotiations, employment matters, litigation and continually implements risk management strategies for its corporate clients.
